Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped by Evviva
  • Are faulty due to manufacturing defects
  • Were incorrectly shipped items
  • Are in unused condition with original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food items, fresh flowers)
  • Personalized or custom-made items after 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package items securely with original packaging
  5. Include proof of purchase and return authorization
  6. Ship to our designated return address (not the dispatch address)

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will inspect the returned items
  2. You will receive email confirmation of receipt
  3. After inspection, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  5. Credit card refunds typically take 2-5 business days to appear

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Approved refunds will be for the item cost only
  • For orders with multiple items, only defective items will be refunded

Custom Orders

For personalized items, order cancellations or design changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Contact us at ask@evviva2003.com for assistance. Design modification and reproduction fees may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  1. Document the damage with photos
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Retain all original packaging
  4. Wait for our team's instructions before returning

Delivery Issues

We cannot process returns or refunds for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing
  • Unclaimed or refused packages
